Our flagship product, the Aeroo Pro, is built for people who live for the outdoors - fishers, campers, explorers, and anyone who loves getting out there.
We’ve built a strong social media presence, and now we’re looking for a fast, creative short-form storyteller who can produce scroll-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

About the Role
This is a hands-on creative role where you’ll film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos showing off Aeroo drones in action.
You’ll be producing a mix of content - from feature demos and visual storytelling to more trend-driven or challenge-style clips. Think outdoor tech meets adventure entertainment.
You won’t just be following briefs - we want someone who can come up with ideas, pitch them, and bring them to life. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys being independent, creative, and fast-moving.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, film, and edit 8-10 short-form videos per month (15-45s each, sometimes longer).
- Turn drone features and outdoor moments into catchy, visual stories.
- Create entertaining, shareable content - from tutorials to trend-based challenges.
- Repurpose existing brand footage where useful.
- Stay across current short-form trends (music, pacing, transitions, captions).
- Work independently, meet deadlines, and keep projects organised.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of short-form video culture - trends, pacing, hooks, and storytelling.
- Confident filming and editing content for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.
- Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience shooting on phones or mirrorless cameras.
- Bonus: interest in outdoor, fishing, camping, or adventure content.
- Self-starter who likes experimenting and finding what works.
- Organised, reliable, and fast turnaround.
Compensation & Deliverables
We’re starting this as a freelance arrangement with clear deliverables.
- Pay: $300–$400 per video (depending on complexity and production quality)
- Expected output: 8–10 videos per month
- Format: Short-form videos filmed, edited, and ready to post on TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
You’ll pitch ideas each month (we’ll also share campaign themes or hooks). Most videos will be filmed from scratch - but you can reuse existing Aeroo footage where it makes sense.
We’re open to evolving this into a monthly retainer or full-time position once the right fit is found.
Performance bonuses may also be available for top-performing videos that are reused in campaigns or hit strong engagement milestones.

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Content Creator to be the on-camera face of Aeroo’s fishing and outdoor content.
You’ll plan, script, film, and present engaging videos that educate and inspire our community - from how-to tutorials to feature demos and real-world sessions on the beach.
You’ll also collaborate with our marketing team on campaign ideas and have the freedom to shoot where the content takes you.
This role is full-time preferred (but flexible for the right person) and would suit someone who loves being outdoors, understands fishing culture, and knows how to make authentic, high-quality content that resonates.
What You’ll Do
- Be the on-camera presenter for Aeroo’s branded and educational videos.
- Develop, script, and shoot content like tutorials, feature explainers, and fishing sessions.
- Capture and fly the Aeroo Pro - confidently operating drones for aerial and payload footage.
- Film both long-form content (YouTube) and short-form edits (Reels, TikToks).
- Scout and manage filming locations (office, warehouse, beaches, bush).
- Operate professional video gear (cameras, gimbals, mics, lighting).
- Work closely with our marketing manager and editor to deliver regular content.
- Stay up to date with trends and community topics to inspire new ideas.
- Maintain and organise gear, batteries, and accessories for each shoot.
Who You Are
- Confident on camera - natural, relaxed, and able to explain things clearly.
- Solid understanding of fishing (rigs, gear, setups, conditions).
- Skilled with video gear - DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, mics, and lights.
- Experienced with drones (comfortable flying and filming).
- Proactive - you like taking an idea from concept to final shoot.
- Organised and detail-oriented - can plan shoots, manage gear, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently, but happy to collaborate when needed.
- Editing knowledge (Premiere, DaVinci, or CapCut)
