Shipping & Delivery 

Dispatch: All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1-3 business days unless on pre-order. 

Delivery: Delivery timeframes range from 1-5 business days after dispatch and vary according to location (NSW, QLD, TAS, NT, SA, VIC, ACT). Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to WA. Exact estimates will be provided at checkout.

• Please note: All timeframes are estimates, and not guarantees. 

Carriers: We use Australia Post and Team Global Express for fast, reliable, 100% carbon-neutral delivery. Australia Post will be used for any deliveries to parcel lockers or PO boxes. 

Delivery Policy: 

• You will receive tracking information once your order is being prepared for dispatch. This will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 
• If you have ordered multiple items, they will usually be packed together. 
• All orders are preset to signature required; however, this may vary according to shipping courier and location. Please review delivery details if you wish to change or confirm your delivery preference.
• We will reimburse you in the unlikely event of any product loss or damage while in transit until the product is marked as delivered by the courier.
• Aeroo is not responsible for stolen goods after your order is delivered.
