Refund Policy

We are extremely confident you will love our products; however, if you do not find Aeroo suitable for you, we do offer a 30-day free return policy.

 

To qualify for a full refund: 

• The product being returned must be in a new and unused condition. 
• The drone must be unactivated. If the drone is activated, we reserve the right to deny the return or apply a restocking and handling fee for the transaction (amount may vary based on condition).
• If you need to return your Aeroo product, please email support@au.aeroodrones.com with your order name and number, and a team member will assist you with your concern. 
• Return instructions will be provided. Once we receive your item/s, please allow 1-5 business days for our team to review your return.
• Once approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the money to clear and return to your account.
