Condition guidelines
Normal signs of use are fine, the remote must power on and pair normally. It cannot have severe damage, water exposure, or sand inside the mechanisms. If the device fails the check, we will assess on a case-by-case basis, for example, by returning it to you at your cost or applying a reduced credit.

A quick note for WaveSync 1 customers
The Aeroo Smart Controller is a new accessory. We are not offering a buy-back on WaveSync 1 at this time. Your existing remote remains fully supported. If you would like to upgrade, you can purchase the Smart Controller at any time and keep your WS1 as a spare.
