I Can't Log in to the Aeroo Fly App

If you're having trouble logging into the Aeroo Fly app, don't worry — it's often a quick fix that’ll get you back flying in no time. 

 

Try These Quick Steps 

Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection

Make sure your phone or tablet is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network. A steady connection helps the app log you in smoothly.

 

Step 2: New to the App? 

If this is your first time opening Aeroo Fly, you'll need to create an account first 

  • On the login screen, tap "Register Now" and follow the prompts to set up your account.

 

Step 3: Check App Permissions

The app may need a little help accessing your phone’s features: 

  • Go to your phone's Settings -> Apps -> Aeroo Fly.
  • Turn on any permissions for location, storage and any others shown. 

 

Step 4: Restart Your Device

Sometimes a quick reboot clears things up:

  • Power off your phone or tablet.
  • Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on and open the app again.

 

Step 5: Try Another Device (Optional)

If you have access to another compatible phone or tablet, install the Aeroo Fly app there and try logging in.
