Terrific experience so far. We have been looking at Drones for a few years and researched Aeroo and almost purchased a couple of years ago but we have a boat and would be using that instead of the Drone. We live on West Coast WA and the demersal fishing ban came in and we decided to buy. Our Order was processed very quickly and showed up in very good time. We were very impressed with the quality of all the items. The Drone and Controls were easy to charge and run up. A quick read of instructions and You Tube and my first ever drone test flight on the footy ground - so easy to fly. Yet to test it fishing - we have the rigs made and just need the time and weather. Can not wait to catch a Pinkie ! 5 Star purchase!

My experience has been good this is my third drone. After the first one crash and not having the water proof warranty I decided to get a second one with the warranty. After four flights of the second one it happened again and the drone went for a swim thinking I should be good as I had water proof warranty the disagreement started after the drone was sent back there was barely any communication yes they told me to wait 3 days so I did. On the 3rd I emailed them asking time frame of when they would get back to me which was the next day. Then hit with another invoice which if I want a drone back I had to pay after already paying for the water proof warranty with nothing on the website about extra fees. The other problem I had was went the second drone went into The water I removed the battery and dried it out best I could in the Australian sun which I think that day was over 40 odd degrees after about 4 hours I place the second battery on the drone and it power up making it little starting noise then all of a sudden the battery started to smoke and I remove and tried to return it but I was informed I will not be getting the second battery back under warranty and if I want a second one I will have to buy it. It has not turn me off your product but has left a little bitterness in my Mouth so to speak Thank you luke

Hi I can't speak highly enough about Aeroo pro I had an issue with one of the batteries and the service manager rang me the day before Christmas and helped me fix the problem so I could use my drone over the holiday period as he said you bought it to use it and holiday time are when you find more time to enjoy that's why he rang to help me great work couldn't ask for better service Fantastic drone love it.
