I was having problems charging my original controller so I contacted the Aeroo support team and was dealing with Amy who gave me a few troubleshooting tips which I tried but unfortunately did not resolve the issues. I first contacted Aeroo on 28th May and had a replacement controller delivered on 30th May, in time for my planned fishing trip that weekend. (See attached photo for result) Whereas I was more than happy to pay for the express delivery Aeroo replaced the controller FOC. Feedback / service from Amy was prompt and faultless; absolutely first rate. I bought the Aeroo Pro pckg well over a year ago and use it regularly, 2-3 times a month with a minimum of 8 flights per fishing trip up to distances of 450-500m. It has never let me down. I am often asked about the drone and always praise it enthusiastically. Aeroo (Australia) product, service and team are outstanding!!
